Border Gateway Protocol (BGP)

This series focuses on Border Gateway Protocol and how it is used to route traffic between Autonomous Systems. Learners will explore key BGP concepts such as BGP peering, iBGP and EBGP rules, full mesh requirements, route reflection, confederation, next-hop processing, NLRI origination, and best path selection. The series helps learners understand how BGP exchanges routing information, controls path selection, supports large-scale routing designs, and enables communication between different networks. It is useful for network engineers who want to strengthen their knowledge of BGP configuration, routing design, and troubleshooting.
