Billing & cancellations
Subscriptions renew based on the cadence you select at checkout. You can adjust seats, pause, or cancel through your concierge in compliance with any retention timelines outlined in your plan agreement.
Security commitments
We maintain SOC-type controls, TLS encryption, and secure payment flows. If you identify a vulnerability, report it through our contact team and we will prioritize resolution.
