Deploying OSPFv3 on Juniper Routers
Deploying OSPFv3 on Juniper Routers provides a practical understanding of how OSPFv3 is configured, managed, and operated within Junos-based network environments. The course helps learners build confidence in applying IPv6 routing using OSPFv3 in both lab and real-world scenarios. Learners explore key routing concepts such as neighbor adjacency formation, different network types, DR and BDR election processes, single-area and multi-area design approaches, route summarization, filtering techniques, authentication methods, virtual links, and LSA behavior. It also includes verification and troubleshooting tasks to reinforce operational understanding. This course is intended for engineers who already have a foundation in routing and want to strengthen their practical skills with OSPFv3 on Juniper platforms. It supports both certification preparation and real-world IPv6 routing deployment in production environments.
