Optimizing Networks with MPLS and Segment Routing Bootcamp
Optimizing Networks with MPLS and Segment Routing Bootcamp is designed to help advanced learners understand how modern enterprise and service provider networks achieve higher scalability, resilience, and traffic engineering efficiency. The course builds a strong foundation in MPLS concepts and gradually progresses toward advanced routing and optimization techniques. Learners explore MPLS fundamentals, including LDP operations, label distribution behavior, authentication methods, label filtering, and traffic engineering integration with OSPF and IS-IS. The training then extends into Segment Routing concepts, fast reroute mechanisms, and SR-TE implementation strategies used for optimized path control. Through scenario-based learning and hands-on lab practice, learners develop the ability to design, deploy, and troubleshoot MPLS and Segment Routing solutions in environments that require predictable forwarding behavior and precise traffic engineering control.
