Remote Access VPN
Remote Access VPN provides an overview of the technologies that enable secure connectivity for remote users accessing corporate networks and resources. The course helps learners understand how different VPN models are used to establish protected communication channels over untrusted networks. Learners explore various approaches including clientless SSL VPN, Cisco AnyConnect-based SSL VPN, and FlexVPN solutions, with a focus on how each method handles authentication, encryption, and traffic flow. It also introduces IKEv2-based connectivity and highlights the operational factors involved in supporting remote workforce access. This course is designed for engineers who want to understand the available remote access VPN options, their configuration workflows, and the troubleshooting mindset required to maintain secure and reliable remote connectivity services.

Rohit not only brings his years of teaching experience to the classroom, but also years of real-world enterprise and service provider experience. Rohit has assisted hundreds of engineers in obtaining their CCIE certification, and has been conducting CCIE RS, CCIE SEC, CCIE SP and CCIE Collaboration for Cisco Systems worldwide. Rohit currently holds 5xCCIE’s (Routing Switching, Service Provider, Security, Voice and Collaboration). When not teaching or developing new products, Rohit consults with large ISPs and enterprise customers in India and UK. Rohit is currently pursuing his CCIE Data Center certification.
