Security Operations Management
Security Operations Management helps learners understand the processes, responsibilities, and coordination needed to keep a security operations function organized and effective. The course covers important areas such as identity and access considerations, incident handling, monitoring responsibilities, documentation, escalation, communication, and operational coordination. Learners examine how SOC teams prioritize security work, maintain visibility, manage alerts, and connect tools, people, and procedures into repeatable response workflows. The course also helps learners understand how clear processes and communication improve investigation quality and support faster response decisions. This course supports CCNA Cybersecurity preparation while giving learners a practical understanding of how security operations are managed day to day across monitoring, detection, response, and continuous improvement activities.
