SSH/SSL/TLS
SSH, SSL, and TLS provides an overview of widely used secure communication protocols that protect remote access sessions, administrative connections, automated workflows, and encrypted data exchanges across networks. It helps learners understand the importance of securing remote connectivity and explores how SSH operates differently from SSL and TLS in terms of purpose and implementation. The course also highlights where these protocols are commonly applied, including VPN connections, device management sessions, and secure application traffic. A strong emphasis is placed on the core security objectives they achieve, such as confidentiality, data integrity, authentication, and the establishment of trusted communication channels. This serves as a practical foundation for learners who are beginning to work with secure network services or who need to troubleshoot issues related to encrypted communication paths in real-world environments.
