⮚   Select categories according to your requirements

⮚   Click on the course selected (as per your requirement)

⮚   Click on the “Course Details”

⮚   View the demo of the selected course (if you wish)

⮚   If you like to buy this course, Click on the “ADD TO CART”

⮚   After adding course to your cart, the page will take you to the chek out page.

⮚   When you go to your “Cart”, you will be able to see all the courses you have purchased with all details. Upon checking out, your billing information will be displayed:

• Make sure all the details in billing are correctly updated
• If you have any coupon you can apply that here

⮚   If all information is correct, proceed to ‘Review Order’, else make necessary corrections and repeat the above process

⮚   Review the order information displayed and proceed to pay

⮚   Payment page will be displayed on the website. Enter your card details being used for payment

⮚   Upon successful payment you will see a confirmation page

⮚   In addition, you will receive the payment confirmation via email

⮚   Login to SecuRetain website: - www.securetain.com

⮚   Click on “LOGIN / SIGN UP”

⮚   Create your login credentials. Click “Register”

⮚   Enter your email ID and create your password

⮚   Enter your details as shown in the screenshot below and click on to the “Register”

⮚   An OTP will be sent to the email id provided by you, for verification purposes

⮚   Open your email and check for the OTP email received from ‘Securetain Support’

⮚   Enter the OTP in the below page and submit

⮚   Your user creation is complete. You will be in receipt of a Welcome email from Securetain

⮚   You will now be able to login using the registered and validated credentials

⮚   Login to SecuRetain website: - www.securetain.com

⮚   Login with your credentials

⮚   User logged in system successfully

⮚   Log in with your credentials

⮚   Go to ‘My Dashboard’

⮚   Dashboard will display now

⮚   Click on the “My course” tab. There are all the courses will be displayed but the courses booked by you will not have the ‘lock’ on the right hand top corner.

⮚   Click ‘GO TO COURSE’ on the booked course. You will see the Proof of Concept (POC) and the Main course. Click on the ‘Play’ button to view the course

⮚   The video starts playing on the browser.

⮚   Login with your credentials

⮚   Go to the My Dashboard

⮚   You will see the list of courses booked by you. Click on the ‘Resume Course’, to continue

⮚   Click on the “Play” button

⮚   On the home page click on the search icon

⮚   Start typing the letters of the course you are looking for. The results will be displayed below the search bar

⮚   Login into ‘My Dashboard’ and click on your user initials. Choose the option that you want to view further.

⮚   Click on option 'My Certificates'

⮚   There are all the certificates for the course you have completed. There are 2 options view & download.

⮚   Click on view button.

⮚   Click “Forgot Password” on the Login page

⮚   You will be prompted to entry your User Name or email id

⮚   Provide the details and click on ‘Reset my password’

⮚   Further instructions would be sent to your email

⮚   You will receive an email notification to reset your password

⮚   Clicking on the link, you will be prompted to reset your password. Enter a new password. Use this new password to login.
